Erosion



I have to admit that rocks are fast becoming one of my favorite things to draw. Wind, temperature and friction have a way of creating some fantastic forms - such as underground caverns, towering buttes, majestic arches; and cracked piles that look like they've been deliberately placed.


Note to self: must draw more rocks.

Looks like the rocks are straining to reach from one end to the other... like their "muscles" are bulging in effort.

Ahh yes, they do look rather like muscle tissue. The anatomy of rock formations, I guess. :-D

It's always cool to see how people interact with a picture in different ways. Thanks for your insight.
